Sending young volunteers to Japan

The Buptist church in Cerritos, CA held a fundraising for Japan relief and we provided a Kimono demonstration which is how to dress a Furisode means a long sleeves kimono and how to tie a obi means sash.

This fundraising is for sending 6 young volunteers to recovery Sendai pref. and Fukushima pref, Japan.

They are the volunteers, one of them will stay for one year to help as a nurse.

After the demonstration, we participated a tea ceremony demonstration as guests and we enjoyed very much.

We are so honored to meet a lot of people through fundraising events.

We hope that the wishes of volunteers who are working hard in the world get through to sufferer.

Also, we hope that lots of people like Japan through a kimono.
